Definition

An Exchange Student from Abroad is a student who is at the time enrolled at the partner university and is selected and sent from the partner university to Hongik University.

Portfolio(limited to fine art/architecture college)

Application Deadline

Fall Semester Applicant : 31st May

Spring Semester Applicant : 30th November of the Previous Year

Registration & Academic Course

Exchange students registered at their original university will be exempted from this university’s tuition, and will be able to take courses of one’s interest (requires approval of the professor in charge) up to 18 credits per semester

Accommodation

On-Campus Off-Campus

Dormitory (foreign students will be selected over other exchange/visiting students)

Double Occupancy : 900,000KRW per 6 months(food expense not included)

Students are responsible for finding their own off campus accommodation
